1 | Item Quality has been reworked. The rarity of the item is no longer relevant when applying Cartographer's Chisels, Blacksmith's Whetstones, Armourer's Scraps, Glassblower's Baubles, and Catalysts to non-Unique items. Instead, the amount of Quality they provide is now based on the item level. These currencies now apply 20% Quality to very low-level equipment, with this amount reducing as the item level increases. |
2 | Quality bonuses on Armour, Weapons, and Flasks are now multiplicative. Weapons with full Quality will give 20% more Physical Damage, and Armour with full Quality will have 20% more local Defences. |
3 | Non-Gem items that generate with a Random Quality can now generate up to 30% Quality. |
4 | The maximum random Quality from Tainted Armourer's Scraps and Tainted Blacksmith's Whetstones is now 20% (previously 29%). |

20 | Regular Jewels (i.e. Jewels that are not Abyss or Cluster Jewels) can now roll Suffix modifiers for Maximum Fire, Cold, or Lightning Resistance. |

Crucible Unique | Stats | Notes |
---|---|---|
Ancestral Vision Viridian Jewel
It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It allows characters to have up to 50% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments if spell suppression chance is at capped (at 100%). Modifiers that grant spell suppression conditionally also grant ailment avoidance conditionally. |
Blood Price Reaver Helmet
Requires Level 40. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. "Reserves 8% of Nearby Enemy Monsters’ Life" does exactly what it implies, causing nearby enemies to start at 92% maximum life. While this increases your clear speed against all enemies, it's especially useful against bosses. The helmet's drawback is that it reduces your maximum life, but provides decent life regeneration and block and stun recovery to counteract this. |
Bloodnotch Crimson Jewel
It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. A perfect roll jewel (or 50+% and Unfaltering) combined with a 21/20 Petrified Blood and 30% recoup, it is possible to take effectively no damage from stunning hits. However, it is still possible to die if the player takes enough damage from 60% of the hit taken to be one-shot.. |
Bloodsoaked Medallion Amber Amulet
Requires Level 49. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Every 10 Seconds, after taking damage, Life may be restored in the following ways(These are consecutive):
It provides a cycling effect which will help keep your life topped up while you attack and slay monsters. Make Atziri proud by sustaining yourself on the blood of your foes! |
Ceinture of Benevolence Cloth Belt
Requires Level 40. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Non-Unique Utility Flasks you Use apply to Linked Targets. It causes the effects of consumed non-unique utility flasks to also apply to linked targets. |
Chain of Endurance Chain Belt
Requires Level 14. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It grants you life regeneration for each different ailment affecting you. Becoming available to use at a low level, this could help you get through some difficult situations, or perhaps you'll look to intentionally be affected by multiple different ailments in exchange for a large amount of life regeneration. |
El'Abin's Visage Fencer Helm
Requires Level 43. Drops: 「Crucible」Limited Drop. It is special in that it’s the only armor piece other than shields that can receive Crucible passive skill trees. Wearing it allows you to double down on certain properties that are only available through Crucible passive skill trees. |
Orbala's Stand Eelskin Boots
Requires Level 39. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It prevents suppressed spell damage from stunning you and debilitates monsters when you suppress their spell damage. Consider combining this with some of the newly reworked Spell Suppression Masteries for some great synergy. Debilitate is a debuff that causes affected targets to deal 10% less damage and have 20% less movement speed.
Soulbound Paua Ring

Tainted Pact Coral Amulet
Requires Level 42. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It is an amulet that causes Chaos Damage Over Time to heal you while you're leeching life. While the amulet provides a decent amount of life leech itself, it'll certainly require a few tricks to unlock its full potential. |
Tanu Ahi Wyrmscale Gauntlets
Requires Level 49. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It provides another way to gain Adrenaline (no Stance changing required). |
The Fourth Vow Devout Chainmail
Requires Level 55. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. It lets your armour also apply to chaos damage taken from hits, but allows physical damage taken to bypass your energy shield. Having your armour apply to multiple damage types can be quite the defensive boon! Normally, armour will only mitigate physical damage hits, not elemental or chaos damage hits. However, with this item, armour can apply to Chaos Damage hits. In cases where armour mitigates multiple types of damage, it does so separately for each type it mitigates. If you make armour apply to Chaos damage as well as physical damage, then take a hit containing both physical and Chaos damage, then armour will calculate Physical Damage Reduction based on comparing the physical damage to armour, and apply that only to the physical damage, and will calculate Chaos Damage Reduction based on comparing the Chaos damage to armour, and apply that only to the Chaos damage. |
The Geomantic Gyre Highborn Staff
Requires Level 52. Drops: 「Crucible」Limited Drop. It has only one socket but its Crucible Passive Skill Tree only has high level Support Passive Skills, allowing for up to 5 level 30 supports! Crucible Passive Skill Tree example:

Widowhail Crude Bow
Requires 14 Dex. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. As a weapon, it does basically no base damage and doesn't grant any stats of its own, but it does dramatically increase the power of mods provided by your quiver. Needless to say, this can produce some pretty ridiculous outcomes with good rare or unique quivers. |
There are over 15 new unique items to be found from within the Forbidden Sanctum and throughout Wraeclast and the Atlas. It includes 1 designed by a supporter and 3 designed by winners of Boss Kill Events. GGG has also massively increased the power and rarity of ten existing endgame unique weapons to bring them in line with some of Path of Exile's most iconic unique items.

Eternal Damnation Agate Amulet
Requires Level 52. Exclusive to a Forbidden Sanctum boss. Drops from Lycia in the Forbidden Sanctum. This amulet offers a powerful way to gain additional Elemental mitigation by introducing the concept of Elemental damage reduction. Despite the drawback of reducing your maximum resistances if you have sufficient chaos resistance. This is more than compensated for, because of the roguelike nature of the Forbidden sanctum. Defeating the boss of a floor is a difficult achievement and hence rewards a lot of experience. You may fail on the way so if you do manage. It expects a good experience boost for your achievement. |

Rational Doctrine Combat Jewel
It was designed by Rawlings and drops from Uber venarius. By manipulating your attributes, you can change how the straw behaves. While the ideal dream outcome is that you manage to get your strength and intelligence tied for highest, enabling both of the benefits simultaneously. The jewel is still very powerful if it only grants your choice of permanent consecrated ground or permanent profane ground. |
Sandstorm Visage Necromancer Circlet
Requires Level 54. It cannot be chanced. Drops in the Forbidden Sanctum. It makes your Base Critical Strike Chance of Spells match the Critical Strike Chance of your main hand weapon, but makes it so you can't critically strike with attacks. Great for hand-casting spells, but maybe not so much for Cast on Crit builds! |
Stormshroud Viridian Jewel
Ignite, chill, freeze, shock, scorch, brittle, and sap are referred to as elemental ailments because they are associated with elemental damage types. Bleeding and poison are non-elemental ailments. Can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. |

The Burden of Truth Crystal Belt
Requires Level 79. 「Sirus, Awakener of Worlds」Limited Drop. Supreme Decadence is a keystone:
This belt encourages you to have healthy energy shield and life pools, and helps you to achieve this by granting you additional energy shield based on a percentage of your maximum life value. |
Echoes of Creation Royal Burgonet
Requires Level 65, 148 Str. 「The Shaper」Limited Drop. It’s designed for builds that use Warcries and grants an extra use before cooldown to Warcry Skills that are socketed in the helmet. It also grants more damage to exerted attacks based on the number of Warcries affecting them, but causes you to take a lot of damage when you use these attacks. This self-damage number looks scary, but can be mitigated by various mechanics such as armour, endurance charges and life recovery. This powerful niche helmet is ideal for characters that try to use as many warcries as they can. |
The Eternal Struggle Onyx Amulet
Requires Level 61. 「The Black Star」Limited Drop. 「The Infinite Hunger」Limited Drop. Global Defences refer to Armour, Evasion rating, Energy Shield, and Ward. Malignant Madness is a debuff that reduces the action speed and damage of affected targets. It is applied by the monster Tentacle Fiend or applied by the player by using Impresence. The amulet has a pair of Eldritch mods, and the one that is dominant will be based on which of the bosses dropped it. The dominant mod also controls whether the amulet gives a Malignant Madness or Culling Strike bonus. You’ll need to work out which of the two bosses to farm based on which half of the amulet you want to activate. |
Call of the Void Sapphire Ring
Requires Level 16. 「Uber Elder」Limited Drop. It causes all damage to chill and causes chilled enemies to shatter on death, as though they were frozen. On top of this, chilled enemies deal less damage back to you, based on the magnitude of the chill affecting them. The only drawback is that all incoming damage also chills you, but there are many ways to mitigate this and in some cases, it’s beneficial to builds that utilise self-chill as part of some crazy combo. This ring is useful for a wide variety of different end-game builds. |
Impossible Escape Sapphire Ring
Requires Level 20. 「The Maven」Limited Drop. Limited to: 1. Radius: Small (800). The jewel refers to a random keystone on your passive skill tree and enables you to be able to allocate passives within a radius around that keystone, without them being connected to the rest of the tree. While the keystone itself cannot be allocated, this jewel allows you to jump across great distances on the passive tree in a very skill-point-efficient way. |
Sublime Vision Prismatic Jewel

Ashes of the Stars Onyx Amulet
Requires Level 60. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from the Eater of Worlds. It cannot be chanced. It increases the level of all your skill gems and grants them an additional up to 30% quality. It also improves the reservation efficiency of your skills and lets you level all your gems faster, which is really useful for gems such as Empower Support and Enlighten Support. The big boost to quality is very valuable with some alternate quality gems, as well as certain skills like curses. |
Black Zenith Fingerless Silk Gloves
Requires Level 70, 95 Int. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from The Infinite Hunger. It cannot be chanced. +4 seconds to Cooldown: it adds a cooldown to spells with no inherent Cooldown; spells with Cooldowns have their base Cooldown increased by 4 seconds. Fire Projectiles in a circle: it causes spells to fire projectiles equidistant 360 degrees around you. This overrides the existing behaviour of projectile skills (e.g. Ice Spear will no longer fire in a volley). |
Ceaseless Feast Spiked Gloves
Requires Level 70, 95 Str. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from the Infinite Hunger. It cannot be chanced. It has a new debuff called Corrosion which you can stack up on enemies to remove their armour and evasion. |
Crystallised Omniscience Onyx Amulet
Requires Level 61. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. It cannot be chanced. Modifiers to Attributes Instead Apply to Omniscience:
Dawnbreaker Colossal Tower Shield
Requires Level 67, 159 Str. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from the Searing Exarch. It cannot be chanced. The "-1% Chance to Block Attack Damage" downside mod can be mitigated through damage reduction (e.g. Fortification), Fire Max Res (e.g. Purity of Fire), chance to Avoid Fire Damage when Hit (e.g. Deafening Essence of Anguish) or Fire Damage taken as Chaos (e.g. Incandescent Heart, Divine Flesh). |
Dissolution of the Flesh Prismatic Jewel
「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from the Searing Exarch. It cannot be chanced. It changes the way that you interact with incoming damage. While you have this jewel equipped, damage is taken in the form of a temporary reservation to your life pool. If you reserve 100% of your life, you die. This allows you to ignore life recovery completely, since the actual amount of life you have left is irrelevant as long as you manage the timing of your life reservation. |
Divine Inferno Crimson Jewel
Requires Level 20. Radius: Medium (1200). Limited To: 1. It can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. The radius of Divine Inferno is medium. It grants 57% More Damage with Ignite to Infernal Cry skill if 40 Strength are allocatable within its radius. |
Forbidden Flame Prismatic Jewel

Inextricable Fate Fugitive Boots
Requires Level 70, 56 Dex, 76 Int. 「Siege of the Atlas」Limited Drop. Drops from the Eater of Worlds. It cannot be chanced. Grasping Vines is a debuff that reduces the movement speed of the character. Each stack is indicated by a vine that runs from the player to the floor. Lines of Grasping Vines are elastic. Each stack of Grasping Vines inflicts 8% less Movement Speed. Maximum stacks is 10, resulting in 80% less Movement Speed. Teleporting with any movement skill that instantly moves you (such as Flame Dash or Blink Arrow) instantly removes all stacks of the Grasping Vines debuff. The Stampede can bypass the penalty of the vines entirely. |

The maximum resistances cap is 90%. You cannot raise above it. |

Polaric Devastation Opal Ring
