Modifiers

When Hit during effect, 25% of Life loss from Damage taken occurs over 4 seconds instead functions similarly to and is multiplicative with Petrified Blood, causing life loss over 4 seconds. Note that this is not considered damage over time. An equal amount of recoup can offset this damage, effectively functioning as damage reduction. This modifier likely scales with flask effect.

Ruthless mode

Utility Flasks cannot gain charges while active in Ruthless mode. This flask also has a flask duration of (2.92-6.07) seconds instead.

Progenesis Amethyst Flask Build

It is a defensive flask that grants a mini version of the Petrified blood effect, but without requiring you to be on low life.

This is a useful tool to prevent you from getting one shot by large amounts of incoming damage in scary situations.
