This item provides +10 to the level of socketed skill gems with only 1 skill socketed.

How to get it?

• 「Affliction」 Limited Drop. Drops from unique enemies in the Viridian Wildwood.
• Pragmatism has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
