    This adds some fiery fun to Upheaval -- it now sets the ground on fire, Burning enemies and damaging them over 3 seconds. Adding insult to injury, it also reduces damage from Burning enemies and increases the damage against them.

    The increase in damage from two-handed bludgeoning weapons is just another nice damage bonus. The increased damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies works well with Upheaval's modifier Enhanced Upheaval.

    It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.

    Overpower Damage

    Overpowered attacks deal bonus damage to enemies based on the sum of your current Life and Fortified Life.

    Attacks have a 3% chance to Overpower. This chance cannot be passively improved, but some effects can cause attacks to be guaranteed to Overpower.

    Damage Reduction from Enemies That Are Burning

    • Reduces incoming damage taken from enemies that are Burning.
    • As this stat increases, additional bonuses become less effective.

    Damage to Burning Enemies

    Enemies that are Burning suffer Fire damage over a period of time.

    Damage with Two-Handed Bludgeoning Weapons

    The Barbarian's Arsenal consists of a Two-Handed Bludgeoning weapon, a Two-Handed Slashing weapon, and a Main Hand and Off-Hand pair.

    Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies

    Crowd Control (a.k.a. Control Impairing Effects or Status Effects, often abbreviated as CC) is a common term for all negative effects (other than dealing damage or changing the amount of damage received) that can be placed on players or monsters.
