Insatiable Fury makes Werebear your true form, meaning you won't shift back to Human form when you aren't in combat. This also gives you extra ranks to all Werebear skills.
Insatiable Fury also buffs your Overpower and Fortify, two main mechanics of the Werebear build, and also increases both physical damage and total armor when in Werebear form. This is a great boon to any dedicated Werebear.
It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.
You can wear multiple different unique items and gain each of their benefits.

Diablo 4 Werebear Skills. Increases your damage dealt while shapeshifted into a Werebear.
Physical damage is the most common type of damage, associated with white, red or black colors. All the hero classes and almost all monster types have a physical damage attack as their default attack. Any melee blow or kinetic missile will count as Physical. If damage type of a weapon or skill is not specified, it is most likely Physical. Bleed effects use Physical damage type as well. In addition, Demon Hunters, who use the power of shadow itself, also deal Physical damage when they unleash hatred of the pure darkness. Necromancers, in turn, use the powers of Blood and Bone to deal Physical damage.
Overpowered attacks deal bonus damage to enemies based on the sum of your current Life and Fortified Life.
Attacks have a 3% chance to Overpower. This chance cannot be passively improved, but some effects can cause attacks to be guaranteed to Overpower.
