Frostbite is a Sorceress passive talent.
You deal x3%/x6%/x9% more damage to Frozen or Vulnerable enemies, and x6%/x12%/x18% more damage to enemies who are both Frozen and Vulnerable.
This bonus applies against enemies either Chilled and/or Frozen, although the magnitude of Chill and number of effects on the target do not add any extra bonus.
It affects all damage (not just Cold skills) done with all skills and attacks, but only those of the Sorceress (not other players).
