Shrines in Diablo 4 provide temporary buffs to your character by boosting stats or granting unique effects, tremendously increasing your kill speed. They are rare to find in the Open World, but appear quite often in Dungeons.
In parties Shrines count individually and have to be clicked by every player.
Can be reset by teleporting to town and coming back to the area (probably a bug).
Shrine Buff Duration can be increased by up to +10% by an Affix roll on your Boots
Tips
Shrines can be found all across Sanctuary and are most common in Dungeons.
They have different unique effects, last for 30 seconds and provide +35% Movement Speed.
You can find Artillery, Blast Wave, Channeling, Conduit, Greed, Lethal and Protection Shrines.
Shrines have a chance to be Cursed, giving you a new objective and a chance to win a Radiant Chest.
Shrines count individually and have to be clicked by every player. Therefore no one in Diablo 4 can steal your Shrines!
Vampiric
Vampiric: Attacks and abilities drain health from the player, granting it to the caster.
How to Avoid: Try not to get hit! The skill activates when the Elite begins to glow red; kiting will prevent them from leeching with melee attacks. Remember, death is always a valid interrupt.
