D4 Storm and Claw Passive

Storm and Claw is an ultimate Druid passive talent in the Shapeshifting (Orange) tree. It cannot be taken with Quickshift.

• While Hurricane or Cataclysm is active, Shapeshifting skills deal additional 40% damage as Lightning.
• Total Ranks: 1
• Requires: Hunt the Weak OR Scent of Blood OR Feral Spirit
• Mutually Exclusive: Quickshift

Applies to all damage dealt with Shapeshifting skills: any damage also adds 40% extra damage (as a separate hit) with Lightning. The Druid does not need to actually stand in the area of effect of the Cataclysm: as long as either skill is active, all Shapeshifting hits will trigger extra damage.

This damage will not benefit from any further procs, and is not enhanced any further by other talents.
