Oswen is a resident of Nevesk. One night, a madman wandered into the town, and started causing trouble. She and Vani treated him in a shack, rambling about demons. An adventurer entered the shack and asked what was going on. Oswen reacted with suspicion, but Vani took things from there.
Oswen is an NPC in Diablo IV. She is found in Nevesk, as part of the “Dusk on the Mountain” quest.
