The bonus applies to all damage of a single cast, or, for Whirlwind, one full uninterrupted channeling, including all secondary effects. Damage bonus is multiplicative.
Weapon Mastery skills include Primal Axe, Rupture and Death Blow.
Fury skills include Whirlwind, Rend, Hammer of the Ancients, Double Swing and Upheaval.
