It drops from the following bosses:

    • Boss: Echo of Varshan(Sorcerer)
    • Boss: The Beast in the Ice(Sorcerer)

In a departure from many other Sorcerer Uniques, which focus on augmenting specific skills, these Boots take a novel approach to an affix: your Critical Strike Chance is increased by your Movement Speed Bonus. Zooming around the map does in fact pay off when wearing these fleet-footed boots!

Helpfully providing increases in Movement Speed and Movement Speed After Killing an Elite, Esu's Heirloom also Reduces Slow Duration and grants a buff to Shrine Buff Duration - making movement-related Shrines that much more powerful.

It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.

You can wear multiple different unique items and gain each of their benefits.
