Q: Hey Rod sorry if this was answered I’m trying to theorycraft builds. For Powers that increase damage to enemies that are cc’ed how does this work for bosses and world bosses? When they are staggered is that a constant state of CC? Thanks.
Joe Shely: When a boss in Diablo IV is staggered they are treated as afflicted by all CC types. For example, if you have 10% increased damage to Slowed enemies, you will deal 10% more damage while the boss is staggered. This applies to other effects conditioned on the target being CCed too.
Q: Does that mean damage is stakced if you have multiple CC bonuses? Say you have +10% to slowed and +10% to fear would that add up to +20% damage?
Joe Shely: Yes, damage stacks from multiple bonuses either additively or multiplicatively depending on the effect.
