The Blood Clan is one of the khazra tribes. Khazra of this clan become fierce at first blood. In 1264, the Blood Clan were found in Khanduras. According to rumor, they later made a pact to serve the Lesser Evils. This apparently held true, as they were seen among the ranks of Azmodan's Army of Sin in the Siege of Bastion's Keep, their appearance twisted.

Blood Clan khazra appear in Scosglen in Diablo IV.

Blood Clan Massacre

Blood Clan Massacre is a Scosglen event in Diablo IV. It occurs in the Loch Raeth Highlands, where the player has to slay Blood Clan khazra.

• Location: Loch Raeth Highlands
• Reward: Heroic Reward Chest, 731 XP, 840 GP
• Main Objectives:
  • Defend the Carts and NPCs for 1 minute and 30 seconds
  • Once the time has passed, eliminate any remaining enemies.

Players can find the Blood Clan Massacre while exploring Loch Raeth Highlands. Three carts can be seen surrounded by Blood Clan enemies. Upon approaching the carts, players will be able to speak with NPCs that will request aid to defend their carts while they stay hidden. Players must defend the Carts and NPCs for 1 minute and 30 seconds to complete the event. During this time, Blood Clan enemies will spawn constantly from all directions to attack both the player and the NPCs.
