Any good Necromancer knows the tools of the trade are Blood and Bone. With this Unique Chest Armor, you'll be using both, to devastating effect. Triggering on pickup of Blood Orbs, a Bone Spirit is spawned which deals increased Damage based on your current Life. With Bone Spirit having a large cost inherently (consuming all of your Essence), a free cast is a huge boon!

A decently defensive mix of affixes round out this Unique, including increased Blood Orb Healing and Total Armor, as well as an offensive mix with increased Damage after picking up a Blood Orb, and +2 Ranks to Bone Spirit.

It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.

Bone Spirit

Bone Spirit is a Corpse & Macabre skill used by Necromancer in Diablo 4.

• Consume all of your Essence to conjure a spirit of bone that seeks enemies. Upon reaching an enemy, the spirit explodes, dealing X damage to the target and all surrounding enemies. Damage is increased by 3% for each point of Essence spent casting Bone Spirit.
