Event Rules

• During the event, you can earn event points by completing quests. Event points can be exchanged for rewards on the event screen.
• At the beginning of the event, the quests available are capped at 9 quests. During the event, you can complete 9 extra quests every day, but you can only complete 36 quests in total.
• Rewards from the first 3 quests refreshed every day is "doubled" (Quest rewards double the points).
• You can manually refresh the quests 3 times a day. Once refreshed, you will not get the double reward from the quests that have "double rewards".

Q：I've heard that on Thursday something happened, and Asian servers got separated from the EU/NA trade system. Is that true? If so, can you make it clear for us, is this a bug or intentional change?

A: All servers shared the same Trade House. However, the price checking function is not real-time and uses a cache, causing a possible delay during actual purchases.

Q：I would like to know if the delay between listing an item on the AH, and this exact item popping on trade could be lowered? There are not many slots available to list items, and when you wait a whole hour just so the item at least shows up on the trade, and then even more time before someone buys them :(

A: This issue causes different players to see different contents in the Trade House. We will work on optimizing and minimizing this delay.

Q：Drop rate of so many items has lowered this league, pushing the price of items multiple times higher than last league. Any mid league adjustment to address this issue?

A: We do not plan to adjust item drop rates at the moment, but we will continue to monitor them closely.

Q：Do bonuses from drop pacts such as "Additional Flame Fuel Quantity" affect only raw drops or does it include drops from mechanics such as commodity Dark Surge monsters or the commodity God of Machine rewards?

A:  The DropPactspirit effect in Common will only affect the base Drop and does not include Drops obtained from special mechanics, such as those from Dark Surge monsters or God of Machines Rewards. These Rewards often have their own special rules and conditions and are not affected by DropPactspirit.

How to unlock Auction House?

The unlock level is 60. When you reach level 60, the Auction House is unlocked automatically.

Auction House Adjustments Season 2

Trade Tax has been introduced to the Trade House in the new season. Hunters will be charged Trade Tax for currency items generated through sales: For every 8 currency items of the same type gained through sales, 1 currency item will be deducted by the system as tax. (The first 200 Flame Elementium are exempt from tax.) We have also introduced Tax Exemption Vouchers to the new season. You can obtain 100 Flame Elementium from the event and use Tax Exemption Vouchers to refund the Flame Elementium you paid. (In other words, revenue worth 800 Flame Elementium will be exempt from tax.)

Season 2 Rules

We will start a new season with a tax on every transaction in the Trading House.

• Tax rate rule: deducting 1 currency item for one currency item for every 8 currency items sales as tax.
• We have changed the tax exemption amount from 100 to 200 and through the event, you can get 100 tax-free coupons which can be used for the redeeming Flame Elementium taxes you have already paid.

We hope that this adjustment will ensure a more secure treasure-hunting and trading experience for regular players while also limiting the monopoly trade of merchants.

We will keep on listening to feedback after the new season goes live as well as collecting in-game data. We may still make adjustments in the next season if needed.

Can items be traded directly between players?

You can trade indirectly using the Auction House and to prevent your item from being purchase by other players. You can overprice the item, then have your partner overprice a useless item and have you buy it.

All item drops are random and usable for all characters. Only requirements on gears is the level.

How to buy Flame Elementium in Auction House?

1. Chose an item, Select Currency type, and Price same as your order.

2. It will takes half an hour to an hour for the items to be listed on the Auction house.

3. Take a screenshot as shown, we can read more information on it so that we can find your item in the auction house faster and more accurately.

4. Try to choose less popular items, which will be listed on Auction House more quickly.

How to sell your items?

The next thing that you’ll want to do to make Flame Elementium is to start working with the Auction House. It is definitely possible to find items in the early and mid end game that can sell for a pretty penny. Luckily the game has an in game price checking system once you unlock the auction house at level 60.

Any Legendary that has a high level requirement and item level are worth looking at the price of. Rare gear that has higher tier affixes, or rare affixes that also are at higher requirement / item level may be worth something to someone.

Another thing that you can sell are some of the rarer Embers that you find, specifically Ominous Ember and Restless Embers. You may come across a few over your time playing so if you’re not planning on attempting at meta crafting, selling these off can be worthwhile.

One thing that you can utilize the auction house for is to trade up some of your lower level currency into Flame Elementium. Often times People will sell their Flame Elementium for Flame Dust or base embers. If you happen to have a lot of this, that’s could be a nice way to pick up a couple extra Flame Elementium here and there. I would check the price of each item you’re trying to convert, just to make sure you’re not overpaying. This method does require a bit of scouring and patience, but can over time net you 10-20 Flame Elementium for no additional grind.
