Delirium Uniques PoE 3.10, Delirium Unique Items

The Delirium league and Hardcore Delirium league are current challenge leagues. They have launched on March 13, 2020 (UTC) or March 14 New Zealand local time.

In this league, each area contains a Mirror of Delirium. When you pass through the mirror, it creates a fog of Delirium that spawns new enemies and makes existing enemies tougher, including unique enemies and bosses. The fog will continue to spread out; the deeper you venture out, the stronger enemies get. Enemies within the Delirium can drop Delirium Orbs, which add a layer of Delirium to the entire map while adding rewards, and splinters that combine into a gateway to the Simulacrum Simulacrum, the heart of Delirium. Enemies in the Delirium can also drop Cluster Jewels, which are socketed in the outermost sockets in the passive skill tree to create an entire cluster of passive skills and can be modified to grant different passive skills.

All characters, currency items and stashes will be moved to Standard league and Hardcore league respectively when the leagues end. Characters that die in the Hardcore Delirium league are immediately moved to the permanent Standard league.

Major Uniques Changes

Note this does not include simple rebalancing. Look at the 3.10 patch notes for full details

  • Unique Watchstones always drop with a number of uses that is a multiple of 3
  • Tempered Flesh Tempered Flesh now grants -1 to Strength per Strength on allocated Passives and 2% increased Life Recovery Rate per 10 Strength on allocated Passives. (Upgrade gives same addition as before)
  • Tempered Spirit Tempered Spirit now grants -1 to Dexterity per Dexterity on allocated Passives and 2% increased movement Speed per 10 Dexterity on allocated Passives. (Upgrade gives same addition as before)
  • Tempered Mind Tempered Mind now grants -1 to Intelligence per Intelligence on allocated Passives and 2% increased Mana Recovery Rate per 10 Intelligence on allocated Passives. (Upgrade now gives +3% DoT Multi per 10 int)
  • Grand Spectrum Grand Spectrum: Cobalt versions now grant 25% increased Critical Strike Chance per Grand Spectrum Grand Spectrum (from +30 to maximum Mana). Viridian versions now grant 15% increased Elemental Damage per Grand Spectrum Grand Spectrum (from 12%). Crimson versions now grant +7% to all Elemental Resistances per Grand Spectrum Grand Spectrum (from 200 Armour Rating)
  • Shadowstitch Shadowstitch now has 250 to 350% increased Defences. Existing items are unaffected.
  • Chains of Command Chains of Command+Jorrhast’s Blacksteel Jorrhast’s Blacksteel, skills updated in line with animated weapon change
  • Eclipse Solaris Eclipse Solaris no longer has added Physical Damage. It now has (30-45) to (60-80) added Fire Damage, and 6 to 10% increased Attack Speed
  • Doryani’s Fist Doryani’s Fist has been given +30% shock effect and all rolls that aren’t added lightning damage have been buffed by several times. The associated skill has also gone to 30% less attack speed (from 50%) and 40% chance to shock (from 20%)
  • Mind of the Council Mind of the Council no longer recovers mana on shocking an enemy. Now causes Attack Skills to have Added Lightning Damage Added Lightning Damage equal to 6% of your maximum Mana, and causes you to lose 3% of your Mana when you use an Attack Skill. Now has +15 to 20 to maximum Energy Shield
  • Soul Catcher Soul Catcher no longer grants reduced cost of Vaal Skills. It now grants 80 to 120% increased Critical Strike Chance with Vaal Skills. It now increases Damage with Vaal Skills by 80 to 120% (from 60 to 100%)
  • Soul Ripper Soul Ripper has been reworked. It now has -40 to +90 maximum charges and consumes maximum charges on use, granting Vaal Souls equal to the consumed charges
  • The Baron The Baron: Now grants 10 to 20% increased minion maximum Life (from 20%), +1 to maximum number of Raised Zombies per 500 Strength (from 300) and with at least 1000 Strength, 1.5 to 2% of Damage dealt by your Raised Zombies is leeched to you as Life (from 2%).
