The Siege is a unique Small Cluster Jewel. Among the spoils you may find Cluster Jewels. Cluster Jewels are a class of jewels that can be socketed in the outermost sockets of the passive skill tree. These jewels extend the skill tree by creating new clusters of nodes, which can contain basic nodes, notable skills, and even keystones. They can also create more jewel sockets which can support smaller cluster jewels.
Cluster jewels can be crafted to modify their properties. Like all jewels, rare cluster jewels can have a maximum of four affixes.
It adds the keystone
Kineticism to your passive tree. Place Calamitous Visions into an allocated Small, Medium or Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses. Right click to remove from the Socket.
Kineticism is a keystone passive skill that causes Attack Projectiles to always inflict Bleeding and Maim, as well as Knocking Back enemies, at the price of being unable to pierce, fork, or chain.
Non-unique Cluster Jewels come with two enchantments: one that determines how many passive skills are in the cluster, and one that determines what bonuses the passives in the jewel give. The latter determines what kind of mods the Cluster Jewel can roll. Like other jewels, they can have up to four explicit modifiers. The explicit mods will either modify or add bonuses to the small passives or add a notable skill or jewel sockets to the cluster. Unlike other jewels, normal rarity Cluster Jewels can drop.
Jewel sockets in the cluster can support either regular or Abyss jewels or smaller cluster jewels. Jewel sockets in a Large Cluster Jewel can support
Medium or Small Cluster Jewels, and jewel sockets in a Medium Cluster Jewel can support a Small Cluster Jewel.
Passives in the Cluster Jewel are never considered to be within radius of Jewels for unique Jewels which interact with nearby passives.
The passive points spent on the Cluster Jewel can be refunded by simply unsocketing the jewel, which refunds all passive points spent on that jewel’s cluster. However, some types of allocation will cost refund points to deallocate, such as jewel sockets.
The Cluster Jewel’s item level does affect the mods it can roll, but only for affixes that affect the small passives. All notable-granting affixes have no item level requirement.
Duplicates of the same notable skills can be stacked.
