Discharges Endurance Charges, making the character unable to die or gain Vaal souls for a short time, proportional to how many endurance charges were expended.Take less Physical and Elemental Damage for a short time. Consumes up to 5 Endurance Charges to lengthen the buff and further lessen Physical Damage taken. Shares a cooldown with other Guard skills.You cannot die. You cannot gain Vaal souls.

Upon usage, for a short duration the player's health cannot drop below 1, thus the player is unable to die.

Item acquisition

Vaal Immortal Call is drop disabled.

Vaal Immortal Call currently does not exist outside of permanent Standard and Hardcore leagues and can be obtained only by trading with other players in those leagues.
