Purifying Flame - Path of Exile

Purifying Flame is an active skill gem.

A wave of divine fire deals damage in a line, then creates Consecrated Ground and deals damage in an area around the targeted location. A larger shockwave then expands outwards, damaging enemies standing on Consecrated Ground that were not already hit.

Fire, Spell, AoE, Duration, Physical. Level: 1–20. Cost: 6–25 Mana. Cast Time: 0.70 sec. Critical Strike Chance: 5.50%. Effectiveness of Added Damage: 300%. Requires Level 1.

50% of Physical Damage Converted to Fire Damage

Purifying Flame is an skill gem that casts a wave of divine fire damage in a line, then creates Consecrated Ground and deals damage in an area around the targeted location. A larger shockwave then expands outwards, damaging enemies standing on Consecrated Ground that were not already hit.

Skill functions and interactions

The secondary shockwave can only hit enemies that were not previously hit by the initial cast, meaning that an enemy will only take damage from this spell once per cast.
