Changes to Rare Affixes

  • We made significant changes to the Rare affix database to ensure Hunters can have enjoyable crafting and drop experiences
  • Affixes that were rarely used have been deleted, and new affixes have been added to balance out the number of affixes for Embers of each part
  • Ominous and Sleepless affixes have been reworked and renamed as Ultimate affixes. Ultimate affixes include three pre-fixes and three suffixes, all precious and universal. Ultimate affixes are only available in drops and Prototype Crafting. Gear with Ultimate affixes requires double crafting cost at each step.

    Overall Difficulty Adjustments

    We have introduced a new development system to this season: Statue of The New God. Given the increased crafting difficulty, weakened Legendary gear and other factors, we adjusted the overall difficulties, and added new bosses for the Cube season. Detailed difficulty adjustments are as follows:

    The overall HP of monsters has increased by approximately 10% and their overall damage by approximately 18%.

    Difficulty Adjustments of Certain Bosses:

    • Traveler – Timemark 7: HP reduced by approximately 10%, Timemark 8: HP reduced by approximately 30%.
    • Tidemasters – 3 Fragments: HP reduced by approximately 30%, 4 Fragments: HP increased by approximately 20%.
    • Blacksail season boss Lord of the Void Sea – Difficulty 1: HP decreased by approximately 80%, Difficulty 2: HP increased by approximately 20%, Difficulty 3: HP increased by approximately 110%.

    Legendary Gear Adjustments

    Most pieces of Legendary gear in this season are modified in values to match the difficulty changes brought by the new crafting system. Compared to S2, some Legendary gears are weakened, but still attractive against Rare gears; while some are enhanced to be more powerful among Legendary gears.

    Gear Affix Value Adjustments

    • Trinket “Regenerates x of Life per second” – T1 affix value changed from 108-140 to 109-120. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • Chest Armor “+x% Critical Strike Damage Mitigation” – T1 affix value changed from 12-15 to 23-30. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x Strength and Intelligence” – T1 affix value changed from 62-80 to 73-80. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x Dexterity and Intelligence” – T1 affix value changed from 62-80 to 73-80. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • Two-Handed Weapon “+x Strength and Dexterity” – T1 affix value changed from 93-120 to 109-120. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x% curse effect” – T1 affix value changed from 41-48 to 37-48. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x% Blur effect” – T1 affix value changed from 21-30 to 33-48. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x% Ailment Duration” – T1 affix value changed from 37-48 to 20-24. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x% affliction effect” – T1 affix value changed from 62-80 to 58-80. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.
    • Helmet “+x Support Skill level” – T1 affix value changed from 2 to 1.
    • Helmet “Spell damage +x% for every 680 mana spent” – T1 affix value changed from 7-9 to 7-12.
    • One-Handed Weapon “For every 1% Attack Speed you have, +x% additional Regain Interval” – T0 affix value changed from -0.4 to -0.5.
    • One-Handed Weapon “+x% chance to gain Blur on a Critical Strike” – T1 affix value changed from 30-30 to 19-24.
    • Shield “+x% Critical Strike Rating and Critical Strike Damage for every x% of Attack Block” – T1 affix value changed from 6-6, 3-3 to 5-5, 4-4.
    • One-Handed Weapon “deal x% additional damage to Life” – T1 affix value changed to 16-24. Values of other tiers are adjusted accordingly.

    Memory Fragments Adjustments

    • Added Memory Fragments “Hero Statue” Collect 16 “Hero Statue” to exchange for a random Legendary Hero Relic/Hero Memory from the Spacetime Wanderer
    • Added Memory Fragments “Second Star Trail” Collect 4 “Second Star Trail” to exchange for a random piece of Legendary gear that has 2 T1 affixes from the Spacetime Wanderer
    • Removed all methods to obtain Memory Fragment “Origin of Everything” Every “Origin of Everything” you have obtained will be exchanged for Flame Elementium x5
