Solution 1

It smells like the anti-virus decided to delete your game files and/or registries. It’s better to reinstall it with this anti-virus disabled/removed. If you are installing the game from Steam it is obviously not containing any viruses :).

Solution 2

Uninstall Torchlight Infinite, then re-install this game.
