Hextouch Support is a support gem.
Must support both a skill that hits enemies, and a hex curse skill to work. The hex will be applied when enemies are hit by the other skill. Cannot support totems, traps, or mines. Minions cannot apply hexes this way.
Support, Hex, Trigger. Level: 1–20. Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 130%. Requires Level 38.
This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Active Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.
PoE 3.20: Hextouch Support now has 35% less Effect of Supported Curses at all gem levels. Supported Skills now have 50% reduced Curse Duration at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 31% reduced at gem level 20 (previously 12%). Quality now provides "Supported Skills have 0-10% increased Curse Duration", instead of 0-10% increased Effect of Supported Curses.

Hextouch Support is a support gem that causes a linked hex debuff to get applied to target on hit with the linked active skill.
Hexes cast via this trigger no longer possess their area of effect property, only affecting the enemies hit with the linked skill. Since the hex was not self-cast, it will also not gain Doom.
To use this gem, it needs both a linked attack or spell, and a linked hex spell. As stated in the tooltip, hexes linked to this gem cannot be cast directly.
Hextouch is considered a trigger only for the linked curse, and not the attacks or spells which are applying it (see Trigger). This means it can be used with trigger skills such as Vengeance or Riposte. It can also be used with Cast when Damage Taken Support, as long as the spell is within its level threshold and the curse is above the level threshold. Minions, totems, mines, and traps cannot use Hextouch.
The initial hit applying the hex applies damage to a non-cursed enemy. The enemy is then cursed. Subsequent hits can then benefit from the hex.
In the case of a damage over time focused build the same is true, but the following damage over time effect, after the hit, on the monster, will benefit from the curse on the enemy.
Hextouch Support can drop anywhere. Drop level: 38.
