I did two classic stress tests. It reminds me that you can’t go home again!
I like a lot of classic things, or the expansion before the burning expedition that we used to call vanilla. But I like many of the late features of today’s games.
When I started the stress test, it reminded me that my cartoon would no longer “know” how to use all the weapons available in the class. Once you find a trainer to learn how to use weapons, you will need to upgrade the skills of each weapon.

I remember keeping each type of low-level weapon in the library, so I can use it to improve my skills every time I upgrade. In this way, if I have a new axe, sword or mace, my skills will be maximized.
Before the cataclysm of changing the map, I liked the eastern kingdom of Azeroth and the World of Kalimdor. However, running up to level 40 does slow down the game and may cause many players to lose interest.
Limited luggage space, limited suppliers, and many NPCs not shown on the map also slow down playback. Hidden tasks used to be very hidden. Many dungeons need to fight through mobs to reach the instance portal. Sometimes it takes hours to get to the instance to arrange the group and let the player run or ride to the area to use the call stone.
One thing I’m looking forward to is the hunter’s pet training. Find, tame and use a beast with a higher level of skill until you learn it before you can train your main pet.
One thing I don’t want to see is the competition between hunters, rogues and fighters in long-range weapons. Now, only hunters can use bows and arrows, guns and cross. Returning to the original state, soldiers and scoundrels can also be equipped with guns or bows and arrows, which is almost the third trinket to obtain statistics and is occasionally used as a tool to pull mobs. Similarly, even if hunters mainly use long-range weapons to fight, they will be equipped with almost any kind of weapon.
My answer has changed since the beta stress test in June.
Since then, I’ve been playing classic night concerts and have almost given up on my BFA pitch.
I keep the three original names of vanilla. So far, two of the three tones have played in BFA and metamorph .
My classics are all the rage. All my cartoons are 19-22, except the mage 10 I just rolled last night. My original cartoon is Night Elf Hunter, human Paladin, Dwarf Warrior and gnome rogue. My classic cartoon is night elf hooligan, human Paladin, dwarf hunter and Dwarf Warrior.
In addition, I also started a gnome warlock, human priest and Human Mage, because I began to get good cloth drops.
Can’t. Subscription fees allow you to play both retail and classic games.
Now you can play vanilla on a private server without a subscription, but it’s definitely illegal, and it’s a different experience (can you buy equipment? Upgraded? Is it wow classic gold? Can you choose to upgrade faster? Wait…). In any case, with the introduction of classic, most private servers will disappear.
Now classic has been released, please pay the subscription fee and enjoy it legally through blizzard. Try it for 15 dollars a month (cheaper than the movie, you will spend more entertainment time), if you don’t like it, please cancel.
Yes, at least in the first place.
There are two groups of people looking forward to it. First, the people who play vanilla, and then look back on that time happily. The second is the players who come in later (probably during rage), who play after major changes to the game, and become “more relaxed” and more friendly to novice and casual players.
I expect vanilla’s press conference to be very popular, but it will decline in the first few months due to the following reasons:
Those who are curious will go back, get the taste they need, and decide not to suit them
Others will be satisfied and move on
Those old players will go back and realize that they are wearing rose colored glasses and forget everything Blizzard has become better in the past few years
new players will realize the fuss about Vanilla
I think the game will still do well because you don’t have to pay any extra for your subscription, so many people will stay, but I don’t think it will last for 2 million players.
