This item is crucial to unlocking the Umbral Ending of Lords of the Fallen.
Acquire the Rune of Adyr from either the Rapturous Huntress of the Dusk boss in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters or from The Iron Wayfarer (Boss) who is by the gates of Bramis Castle.
