Kill Caliga, Imperatrix in The Sceptre of God in Act 3 while holding Fencoil.

Holding means equipping this item or having it in the player inventory.

Reward

Upgrades Fencoil to Mirebough upon completion.

Fencoil vs. Mirebough

Mirebough is a unique Gnarled Branch. It is the fated version of Fencoil. While most two-handed weapons can have a up to six sockets, Mirebough is restricted to a maximum of three sockets just like its unfated version Fencoil.
