Wind Dancer - Path of Exile

PoE 3.19 Changes

Problem: The Wind Dancer keystone's drawback of taking 20% more attack damage if you've been hit by an attack recently is too risky to make the keystone feel like a worthwhile trade, even for characters with substantial investment in evasion, as it is too likely that you will be hit again during that time.

Solution: Change Wind Dancer to be less risky for characters with large amounts of evasion by allowing a high evasion rating to more effectively mitigate its drawback.
  • The Wind Dancer Keystone Passive Skill no longer provides 40% more Evasion Rating if you have been Hit by an Attack Recently. Instead, it now provides 10% more chance to Evade Attacks if you have been Hit by an Attack Recently.

PoE 3.11 Changes

  • Timeless Jewel Keystone passives have become a popular feature for many builds, but are prohibitively difficult to acquire (especially without trade). We’ve moved some of the most build-defining Keystones out of the Timeless Jewels and into the tree itself. These Keystones have been added to the tree: The AgnosticGlancing BlowsSupreme Ego, Wind Dancer and Eternal Youth.
  • Timeless Jewels — New keystones have been added to replace the five that are now available on the passive skill tree. The new ones are:  The TraitorSupreme Ostentation, Chainbreaker, Transcendence, Immortal Ambition. Existing Timeless Jewels will retain the old keystones, but if you reroll them with a Divine Orb Divine Orb they will be able to reveal these new keystones.

PoE 3.16 Changes: Change Wind Dancer to further improve high Evasion builds rather than reducing Evade chance, but making it riskier if you're not Evading attacks a lot. It now gives less Attack Damage taken if you haven't been Hit by an Attack recently, and more Evasion Rating and Attack Damage taken if you have been Hit, so it's better for Evasion characters that have a high Evasion Rating and bad for characters that are being hit a lot. It has no interaction with Spells now, to focus its interaction on Evasion.

PoE 3.7

Wind Dancer was introduced to the game. It is granted from  legacy Brutal Restraint Brutal Restraint jewel with modifier Denoted service of (500–8000) dekhara in the akhara of Deshret.
