The strategy also synergizes well with builds that cast spells like  Arc or  Ball Lightning, especially those linked with  Archmage Support.

Builds with large mana pools using The Agnostic can easily mitigate damage over time. For example, the resulting life recovery can completely counteract the damage from traps in the Labyrinth. Such builds will also strive for high mana regeneration and mana recovery, and may use Eternal Mana Flasks, even forgoing Eternal Life Flasks entirely.

Does Life Recovery Rate benefit The Agnostic's life restoration? And if it does, does it affect the mana sacrificed?

The Life Recovery is affected. The loss of mana is not.

The Agnostic Full Life

“Full Life” is used in the literal sense, rather than the “no Life left to recover” sense used by flasks. If you have any Life reserved, you will sacrifice Mana continuously even if your unreserved Life is full.

Currently, how does Valyrium interact with things such as The Agnostic keystone passive skill and the Mask of the Stitched Demon?

Mask of the Stitched Demon does not affect maximum energy shield, which is what matters for calculating stun with Valyrium, so there is no interaction here.

With The Agnostic (or any other case where you have zero maximum energy shield) the stat on Valyrium currently does nothing, due to a bug which doesn't handle a value of zero correctly. This will be fixed at some point in the future.

Do they work like Chaos Inoculation does regarding stuns and elemental ailments, where the effect was based on how much of the relevant stat there was before the effect was applied?

No. That behaviour is specific to overriding maximum life with CI.

The keystone is located in the center area, to the west of the Scion’s starting point.

2. The Agnostic Uniques

These unique items have the The Agnostic modifier, which provides the same effect as this keystone. Taking the keystone in addition to equipping one of these items will impart no additional benefit.
