• Shavronne’s Tower. It is an area in Act 6. This area does not have a waypoint and is connected to the Lower Prison and Prisoner’s Gate.
• Strand Map. Atlas Region: Tirn’s End.
• The Twilight Strand. It is an optional area in Act 6. This area does not have a waypoint and is connected to Lioneye’s Watch.
• Tower Map. Atlas Region: Lex Proxima.

The drop rate is random.

2. Buy it from other players

The price of Thunderous Skies is about 1 Orb of Alchemy.
