1. Travel to The Templar Courts

To access to the Templar Courts, you must kill Justicar Casticus and take his Eyes of Zea(The Key to Freedom quest).

2. Kill High Templar Avarius

  • Location: The Chamber of Innocence(it is connected to The Templar Courts)

Quest Rewards

Quest Complete – You have slain High Templar Avarius, the source of the Templar’s power. Talk to Lani for your reward.

The jewel rewards here seem to be based on the quest rewards from Enemy at the Gate that have Threshold jewels. So the general rule is all active gems with no level requirement that have threshold jewels excluding the 7 starting gems.
