Blessing of Tul

PoE 3.21: Breach Blessings can now be used to upgrade a regular Breachstone into the Flawless version of that Breachstone. Breach Blessings are now rarer as a result.

Blessing of Tul upgrades a breach unique item to a more powerful version. Right click Blessing of Tul item then left click an applicable item to upgrade it.

Blessing Mechanics

Blessings are currency items obtained by defeating Breachlords. Blessings can be used to upgrade certain unique items to (usually) more powerful versions called blessed items.

• When using a blessing, all mods are rerolled. This is true for both implicits and explicits, even when the mod is identical (same type and roll range).
• Quality, sockets and socket colours of the initial item will be maintained, as well as any Elder item or Shaper item status.

Blessing of Tul Farming Guide

The drop level of Blessing of Tul is 1 and the drop rate is about 50%. Blessings of Tul can only drop from the Breachlord Tul within his own domain, accessed by using Tul’s Breachstone in the map device.

Blessings are occasionally dropped by Breachlords. They can not be obtained outside of the Breachlord’s domain, and are not guaranteed to drop.

Tul’s Domain

Tul’s Domain is an area that is only accessible when Tul’s Breachstone is used in a map device.

The area has a single breach at the beginning. When you touch it a countdown starts at 25 seconds and runs down until you come close to the arena of the Breachlord Tul. The countdown goes up by 1 second per kill.

There is a chance for Tul, Creeping Avalanche to drop a Blessing of Tul.
