Eyes of the Greatwolf doubles the effect of any of its implicit modifiers. This means it has two modifiers chosen from the following and then doubles them:

  • (25-35)% increased Damage
  • (4-6)% additional Physical Damage Reduction
  • (4-6)% chance to Freeze, Shock and Ignite
  • (40-50)% increased Global Critical Strike Chance
  • (5-8)% increased Area of Effect
  • (6-10)% increased Quantity of Items found
  • (6-10)% increased Attack and Cast Speed
  • (8-12)% increased maximum Life
  • +(24-36)% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier
  • +1 to maximum number of Raised Zombies
  • 10% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kill
  • 10% chance to gain a Power Charge on Kill

  • 50% of Cold Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
  • 50% of Cold Damage from Hits taken as Lightning Damage
  • 50% of Fire Damage from Hits taken as Cold Damage
  • 50% of Fire Damage from Hits taken as Lightning Damage
  • 50% of Lightning Damage from Hits taken as Cold Damage
  • 50% of Lightning Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
  • Gain (6-12)% of Physical Damage as Extra Damage of a random Element
  • Projectiles Pierce 2 additional Targets
  • Regenerate 2% of Life per second

Note that the Avian Twins Talisman modifiers (element damage taken as) share a mod pool, so only one of them can appear at a time.

It is possible to obtain an Eyes of the Greatwolf with Vaal implicits, such as via Fateful Meeting. The doubled implicit modifier effect will apply to the Vaal implicits.

Item acquisition

Eyes of the Greatwolf can drop anywhere. Eyes of the Greatwolf belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
