    An electrifying Unique, this Staff will be of particular interest to Sorcerers that prefer Lightning as their element. With this Staff, Charged Bolts will be able to pierce enemies, at the expense of dealing less damage. More hits means more carnage, though - and due to the nature of the way Charged Bolts paths, this turns the AoE dial up to 11.

    Providing powerful affixes such as Increased Lightning Damage, Increased Damage to Close Enemies, Increased Damage to Injured Enemies, and a Chance to Restore Mana on a Lucky Hit, this Unique is certainly no slouch. The closer and more injured an enemy is, the easier it is to pick them off!

    It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.
