Defy Pain is a Barbarian passive talent in the Berserker (Orange) tree.
The effect is not multiplicative to other damage reduction effects, adding a flat amount of up to 20% to the existing percentage (so 50% becomes 70%). However, its short duration does not allow keeping it up constantly. It does not stack even if the Barbarian somehow manages to Evade more than once per second.
It stacks with Quick Impulses.
