Seismic Cry is a warcry skill that taunts nearby enemies, interrupts and knocks them back, and provides a buff that grants reduced enemy stun threshold, based on the power of nearby enemies. It also causes your next slam attacks to exert, giving it more damage and area of effect that increases with each exerted attack you make. Seismic Cry Build Guide

Harvest creates a shockwave that pushes enemies back while also taunting them. Your Slams will be “exerted,” becoming more powerful with each attack and increasing their AoE effectiveness. Oh, and you also gain a buff that makes foes easier to stun.

GGG has created a new category of skills known as ‘slam skills’ and wanted to make a Warcry that synergises well with these skills. It causes your next few slam skills to have an increased area of effect and more damage which both increase with each attack until you reset the Warcry or your exerted attacks run out.
Seismic Cry knocks enemies back and interrupts them when it taunts them. It then grants you a buff based on nearby enemy power which reduces enemy stun threshold, making it easier to stun enemies with your hits.

Seismic Cry is a new Warcry Skill. Its shockwave pushes enemies back a short distance and taunts them to attack the user. It grants a buff that makes it easier to stun enemies and causes your next few Slam attacks to be exerted. These exerted attacks deal more damage and area of effect than normal attacks. These exerted attacks also become progressively more powerful with each attack.

In the following video, you can see it being used alongside the reworked Tectonic Slam, creating an even larger spread of damage.
