Move forward and take the stairs on the right and make a U-turn on your left, continue following the path, you’ll encounter several enemies ahead. Turn left at the balcony and you’ll find Mhakev along with x1 Large Manastone Cluster on the ground. On the left is a chest that contains the Multi-Shot Crossbow as well.

It can be socketed into Weapons and Shields. It can only be inserted into Radiance or Meta rune slots.
