Ice Crash PoE Build

Ice Crash is an attack skill that strikes the ground, converting some of your physical damage to cold damage, and creating a wave of expanding icicles in an area around you. The damage is weaker further away from you. Ice Crash requires a sword, mace, axe or a staff, but can also be used while unarmed.

Slam the ground, damaging enemies in an area around the impact in three stages. Enemies take slightly less damage on the second and third stage. Works with Swords, Maces, Sceptres, Axes, Staves and Unarmed.

Attack, AoE, Cold, Slam, Melee. Level: 1–20. Cost: 8 Mana. Attack Speed: 70% of base. Attack Damage: 230–350% of base. Effectiveness of Added Damage: 230–350%. Requires Level 28.

Third Stage deals 30% less Damage

Damage conversion: Like all converted damage, the cold damage component of Ice Crash's damage will be modified by Cold Damage, Elemental Damage and Physical Damage.

Any enemy hit by a stage cannot be hit again by subsequent stage(s). The tooltip damage reported is for the first (central) stage.
