PoE 3.24: The following currency items now have a stack size of 20: Exalted Orb, Regal Orb, Divine Orb, Stacked Deck, Crusader's Exalted Orb, Redeemer's Exalted Orb, Hunter's Exalted Orb, Warlord's Exalted Orb, Enkindling Orb, Instilling Orb, Tainted Exalted Orb, and Eldritch Exalted Orb.
Crusader’s Exalted Orb is a currency item that can be used to enhance a piece of rare equipment with Crusader influence and a new Crusader affix: “Crusader’s” (prefix) and “of Crusade” (suffix).
Crusader’s Exalted Orb adds Crusader influence and a new Crusader modifier to a rare item. Right-click this item then left click a high-level rare item with no influence to apply it. Rare items can have up to six random modifiers. The item’s Catalyst quality increases the chance of applying a modifier which matches the quality type. Removes 20% Quality applied by Catalysts on use.
You can see the example above. Crusader’s Exalted Orb adds a new affix “24% Increased Spell Damage” to Vortex Band Moonstone Ring. The orb also adds a Crusader symbol(red glow) to the rare item.
You can farm this currency item by killing monsters. It can be only dropped from Baran, the Crusader. The drop level is 1 and drop rate is low. You can exchange currency items with other players to obtain it as well. The price of Crusader’s Exalted Orb is about 2 Exalted Orbs.
Baran, the Crusader is one of the Elderslayers / Conquerors of the Atlas. He serves as one of the end-game bosses of the Atlas.
