Elemental Ailments you inflict are Reflected to you will cause effects that modify the player's ailments (e.g. Cinderswallow Urn's take increased damage mod or Call of the Void's mod, or the Your Shocks can increase Damage taken by up to a maximum of 60% Lightning Mastery) to also affect the player.
Brittle, Sap, and Scorch will also be reflected, but impart no bonuses.
In general, a character utilizing The Fulcrum will likely want to use all three modifiers that grant bonuses while the player is affected by elemental ailments. Ailment immunity and elemental ailment avoidance cannot be used for this purpose. The player will need to have items that grant Unaffected by <ailment>. Freeze Immunity is also required as Freezing yourself does not impart any additional benefits with just the Fulcrum.
The Fulcrum has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
The Fulcrum can rarely replace a Curio Display in the final reward room of Thief's Trinkets Blueprints e.g. Blueprint: Smuggler's Den and Underbelly and cannot be chanced.
