Mechanics

Summon Greater Harbinger of Time: Summons a minion which will cast The Torrent's Reclamation aura buff on the player every 10 seconds. The buff lasts for 8 seconds and grants 10% increased action speed.

This version of the skill doesn't affect enemies, unlike the regular version.

Item acquisition

The Torrent's Reclamation has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
