Modifiers

Gain a Power Charge on non-Critical Strike: The player gains a power charge when a skill they use does not roll a critical strike. Only one charge is gained each time a skill is used, even if the skill hits multiple enemies or if it is supported by Multistrike Support or Spell Echo Support. This also makes wearing multiple copies of this ring ill-advised.

Lose all Power Charges on Critical Strike: This effect occurs after any power charges are otherwise consumed or gained. When used in conjunction with Cast On Critical Strike Support and Cold Snap, for example, Cold Snap will consume a power charge to bypass its cooldown, after which Romira's Banquet will remove any remaining power charges.
