The drop level of Prime Regrading Lens is 1. It can be dropped throughout the world. However, the drop rate is rare. One of the best places to farm Prime Regrading Lens is the Grand Heist in Blueprint: Smuggler’s Den Blueprint: Smuggler’s Den and Blueprint: Underbelly Blueprint: Underbelly.
