1.2 Using Orb of Scouring

Orb of Scouring respects the meta-crafting mod. Orb of Scouring removes all random modifiers from a magic or rare piece of equipment. Implicit modifiers, quality, sockets, and links are not removed, as well as affixes protected by meta-crafting mods. This way, players can lock in modifiers without losing all the other modifiers. The better approach is where you have 3 desirable (and preferably, rare) suffixes on the item after scouring.

By using an Orb of Scouring, you can remove all Prefixes and retain all Suffixes.
