PoE 3.24: The Mindless Aggression Ascendancy Passive Skill no longer causes Minions to have 10% increased Movement Speed, 10% increased Attack Speed, 10% increased Cast Speed, or causes them to deal 30% increased Damage. Instead, it now causes them to deal 10% more Damage, and have 20% more Maximum Life.
Mindless Aggression got a rework! Here's the change:
Old Effect: Granted Minions 30% increased Damage, 10% increased Attack Speed, 10% increased Cast Speed, and 10% increased Movement Speed.
New Effect: Grants Minions 10% increased Damage and 20% more Maximum Life.
This is a significant shift for Mindless Aggression. While it loses the boost to movement and attack/cast speed, it gains a substantial increase to minion survivability with the additional maximum life.

Builds focused on minion damage might need to find alternative ways to boost attack/cast speed and movement speed for their minions. Builds that prioritize minion survivability will benefit greatly from this change. The extra life pool makes minions much tougher and can significantly improve their performance in harder content.
