Zone: Origins of Stern Bastian Bastian was poisoned by an assassin. Fortunately, he only got an upset stomach, but Bastian’s condition seems serious. I need to get some medicine for Bastian from the underground market, which doesn’t deal in ordinary medicine.
– If the NPC is missing or unavailable for conversation, proceed with the quest until they return.
– If the target NPC of the Rapport quest is missing, please check the current progress of the quest.

Objective:

  1. Get Stomach Medicine from the Underground Market Merchant

  3. Deliver the medicine to Bastian
  4. Ask Sasha about Bastian’s whereabouts

  6. Deliver the medicine to Bastian, who’s lying down in his office
  7. Talk to Bastian
  8. – Bastian
