Zone: Origins of Stern Bastian Bastian has finished all the work that resulted from Krause’s absence. It is finally time for revenge!
– If the NPC is missing or unavailable for conversation, proceed with the quest until they return.
– If the target NPC of the Rapport quest is missing, please check the current progress of the quest.

Objective:

  1. Talk to Sasha
  2. – Sasha
  3. Head to the Eye of Sceptrum and stop Bastian
  4. – Telend the Watcher
  5. Ask Telend the Watcher about the situation
  6. – Telend the Watcher
  7. Return to Town Hall and talk to Bastian
  8. – Bastian
