Mechanics

With these boots equipped the chance to become stunned is based on mana instead of life.

Energy Shield Regeneration converted from Life Regeneration via Zealot's Oath gets removed.

Energy Shield Regeneration from other sources, such as Shavronne's Revelation stays intact.

Skyforth has a high drop level: 84. Map boss +2 drop level, while rare monster +1. Thus, the item can drops in T15 map (area level 82) or higher, or area level 79 map with strongbox that have specific +(4-5) Chest level mod; in Delve, the item can potentially drop in area level 82 (from the node that have unique boss) or from unique boss in area level 79+ that have 10% increased Quantity of Items found in this Area

Monsters drop items (1-3) Levels higher. On top of the drop level restriction, the drop chance of this item is low and was requested by the creator of this item.

However, Orb of Chance ignore drop level of the unique. Player still need an item level 67 or higher Sorcerer Boots to chance, however.
