Perandus signet worth it?

If you can manage it, wear a chitus’ apex, 2x perandus signet, and 2x supreme truth with a flameblast prolif or similar build. Your clear speed will be pretty normal for burn prolif and you should even be capable of running a cloak of defiance (or at least arctic armor) depending on your other gear. That 21% of exp gain is pretty nice.

Works very nicely for leveling chars even after the nerf. You will also have all the wisdom you can carry. If you run in a party that has superior clear speed, you will gain quite a lot of benefit from it, especially if you manage to run your build in 78 rots with these items.
