Modifiers

40% of Physical Damage taken as Fire Damage: Cloak of Flame has a rare 'Damage taken as' property. This applies generically to both Physical Hits and Damage over Time, e.g. Bleed and Corrupted Blood. (Unlike Lightning Coil or the influenced mod on rare/magic body armour, which applies to damage from hits only) Functionally, it acts as a 30-36% Physical Damage Reduction (depending on the Maximum Fire Resistance from 75% to 90%). It is best used in combination with Dawnbreaker, which provides an additional 20% damage shift.
