How to get it?

  • It is now world drops. If you want to target specific Scarabs, Betrayal has been updated to include most of them!
  • Vorici’s Intervention Safehouse reward is now a stash of Delirium Scarabs.
  • Scarabs Atlas Passives can increase Scarabs drop chances. For example, Significant Troves grants "Unique Monsters in your Maps have 200% increased chance to drop Scarabs".
  • Veiled Scarab currency reveals a random Scarab when clicked.
  • Divination cards. For example, a set of two Cameria’s Cut cards can be exchanged for a random scarab.

Kosis, The Revelation is one of two Delirium bosses, alongside with Omniphobia, Fear Manifest. He can be encountered within the Simulacrum, a map fragment that uses one of the following layouts: Lunacy’s Watch, The Bridge Enraptured, The Syndrome Encampment, Hysteriagate and Oriath Delusion. Additionally, Kosis may be encountered in T11+ maps through the Delirium mirror or Delirium orbs at a rate equal to the deliriousness percentage.

Omniphobia, Fear Manifest is one of the two map bosses of Simulacrum. He can be encountered within the Simulacrum, a map fragment that uses one of the following layouts: Lunacy’s Watch, The Bridge Enraptured, The Syndrome Encampment, Hysteriagate and Oriath Delusion. Additionally, Omniphobia may be encountered in maps through the Delirium mirror or Delirium orbs at a rate equal to the deliriousness percentage.

Encountering All Unique Delirium Bosses:
