The Anarchy league introduced rogue exiles. Anarchy modifier: Rogue Exiles roam Wraeclast. Rogue Exiles are still available through the following means:

1. The Four Feral Exiles prophecy: You will enter a map that holds four additional Rogue Exiles.
2. Waiting in Ambush prophecy: You will be attacked by a Rogue Exile when opening a Strongbox.
3. Anarchy’s End: You will enter a map and slay a Rogue Exile.
4. Zana Mods: Anarchy. Area is inhabited by 3 additional Rogue Exiles. It costs two Chaos Orbs.
5. Atlas Passives: Anarchy
6. Random areas
